What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When do I pay for printing orders?
A 50% deposit is required when the order is placed.   The other 50% is payable when the product is picked up or delivered.

How long do printing orders take?
In-Store Printing orders can normally be done within 2 or 3 days if we have the paper in stock. If we need to order paper, the time required increases accordingly.   Orders printed at the manufacturer’s facilities generally take 1 to 2 weeks.   Occasionally, special requirements or circumstances may require additional time.

Can I get proofs for printing orders?
Yes, you can get a proof for any printing order.

How much do proofs cost?
There is no charge for proofs for In-Store Printing.  Many outside manufacturers, on the other hand, do charge for proofs.  Charges usually are in the $5 to $20 range.

What if I need to cancel or revise an order?
For In-Store Printing orders, there is no charge for cancellations or revisions occurring before printing has begun.  Charges may be necessary if printing has already begun.  
For printing by outside manufacturers, charges generally depend on whether or not we can catch the manufacturer before production begins.

What if I am dissatisfied with a product?
All our products are fully guaranteed.   If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return it, along with the receipt, for a full exchange or refund.
